About The Position

As a Cook at Cracker Barrel, you will be at the heart of our operations, preparing our full menu of homestyle favorites using our recipes and methods. Your role will involve flipping pancakes, prepping fresh ingredients, and hand-rolling buttermilk biscuits, ensuring that our guests leave satisfied and happy. You will practice hospitality in action by being knowledgeable about our menu items, upholding the company's standards of quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality, and working collaboratively with the back-of-house team, coworkers, and management.
