About The Position

We are currently seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a critical, performance-based role that will directly support our current grill operations and help prepare for a future staff transition. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, particularly with steak preparation, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of grill or line cook experience
• Valid Food Handler Certificate (Texas) – must be obtained before employment
• Proven ability to cook steaks to order (without cutting into meat or overusing thermometers)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Thick skin and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a male-dominated, high-energy kitchen environment
• Familiarity with steak doneness and grill station operations
• Experience in high-volume restaurants
