Requirements

• Have kitchen experience (childcare or school setting is a plus, not required)
• Know your way around food safety basics
• Can handle a busy morning without losing your cool
• Actually like feeding kids good food
• Have (or will get) a Food Handler's Certificate
• Have a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Prep and cook breakfast, lunch, and snacks for children (following CACFP guidelines)
• Keep the kitchen spotless and inspection-ready
• Work with dietary restrictions and allergies – no shortcuts on safety
• Manage inventory and keep us stocked
• Bring ideas for kid-friendly menus that are actually nutritious
• Provide Support to Teaching Staff
