We are hiring immediately for full time COOK SUPERVISOR positions at Worcester State College. This position directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. The Cook Supervisor will train employees, plan, assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline associates, and address complaints and resolve problems. The role also involves advising management on purchasing requirements, using approved food recipes, operating and cleaning equipment, and following HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
