Requirements

• Prior retail marketing experience preferred.
• Prior recipe/scratch cooking experience within a restaurant or country club setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise food-service associates.
• Train employees and plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance and reward or discipline associates.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Advise management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards.
• Operate and clean equipment according to department procedures.
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
• Help serve meals and receive customer feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
