About The Position

Position name: Cook, Substitute (16 hrs. per week) Benefit package includes: 401(k) Job responsibilities: This position will provide services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas. Will assist with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals. Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age.
One(1) year experience in food services.
Must possess a current ServSafe Certification or obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
A valid driver license in the state where the site is located with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas
assisting with the stocking or food and beverage items
setting up cafeteria lines
serving meals
assisting in the storage and inventory of supplies
transferring food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation
cleaning food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances
assisting in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion
assisting with food preparation and service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean
promoting and supporting positive customer service
