About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible Food & Beverage professional to ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals for our Luxury Lifestyle brand. This would be a dual position, with some days as Server and others as Steward/ Support.

Responsibilities

  • Cooks are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffet and ensuring that the buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
  • Ensuring that the breakfast buffet always remains well-stocked.
  • Prepare and serve specialty beverages.
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is presented attractively and meets brand expectations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Handle guest requests and accommodate special dietary needs when possible. Receive deliveries and stock utilizing the FIFO method.
  • Assist the front and back of houses with tasks, including but not limited to: bussing tables, hosting, washing dishes, prep, cleaning and upkeep, etc.
  • Run food from the kitchen to the customers.
  • Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
  • Greet customers and answer questions when applicable.
  • Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Keep the prep area fully stocked with cleaned and polished glasses, dinnerware, and flatware. Wash and polish dishes every day.
  • Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing the front and back areas before and after each meal service.

  • Complete any other tasks given by direct supervisor
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and chairs after each meal service.
  • Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
