Summary: Prepare meals for up to 35 team members. This would include snacks, lunch and breakfast/dinner on needed days. Responsible for product and menu knowledge, quality control.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of experience in the preparation and cooking of seafood and related products, or a combination of training and experience.
- Food handler’s card.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for service.
- Prepare all menu items for service.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
