About The Position
Position Overview Dining Services at Rhode Island College provides meals and hospitality to residents, commuters, faculty, staff, and visitors through the Donovan Dining Center ( DDC ) and the Beestro Café. The DDC is a central part of student life, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, while Dining Services also delivers high-quality catering across campus. As a Part-Time Cook’s Helper, you will be on the front lines serving our students and campus guests. Duties may vary and can include cashiering, assisting at the grill, or helping in the pizza and deli stations.
Nice To Haves
- Valid State Driver’s License.
- NSF Food Safety Certificate.
- State of RI Food Safety Manager Certificate.
- Foodservice or customer service experience.
