Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintain cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
