About The Position

Casa de Montecristo gives the adult cigar consumer the premier cigar experience, featuring large selections of premium cigars, modern lounges, walk-in humidors and full bars across the multiple locations in the United States. Overview The prep cook is responsible for setting up workstations and ingredients this way food can be prepared according to recipes

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in the bar industry or a related field required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple dishes such as appetizers, salads and sandwiches
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash
• Perform routine kitchen tasks such as stocking workstations and putting away food orders
• Other duties as assigned
