Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Paterson, NJ area. K - 12 experience a plus. Monday through Friday. Full time position, day shift 7 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off. Must be organized. Able to multitask and lead in a positive manner. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools. Duties to include: Food prep Cooking POS/ register Following recipes Stocking Ordering Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen. Following all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene regulations. Inventories Oversee kitchen area and staff, etc.
