About The Position

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering, and financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a faith-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Cooking: Prepare and serve meals daily, ensuring high-quality and delicious offerings.
• Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of employees who perform food prep, cashiering, and other kitchen duties.
• Food Management: Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory of food and supplies to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.
• Production & Service: Plan, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet the needs of the school community.
• Financial Oversight: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial paperwork, including meal counts, budgets, and expense tracking.
