The position involves providing excellent internal and external guest service while cooking all food orders in a quick and timely manner. The employee will complete payment transactions efficiently and accurately when working in assigned outlets. The role requires fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the servers, ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent. The employee will control food production, including proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, and ensuring sanitation, handling, and storage of prepared food and leftovers. Additionally, the employee will greet and complete payment transactions for customer orders while working in assigned outlets on a POS system, accept payment, and accurately give change back to customers when applicable. The role also includes delivering food items to guests, preparing for known peak business levels, and maintaining a high level of guest service. The employee will prepare all food items from standardized recipes and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner. If 21 years of age and has obtained a High School diploma or GED, the employee may perform the duties of a Bartender in the Bingo outlet or Coffee Bar Attendant as needed.
