About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a motivated full-time, cook/line server for a private school in the Spring Branch area in Houston, Texas.This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking to move forward with their career, but are also looking for stability and a higher quality of life. We try to always promote from within, and this position is certainly a key stepping stone! We follow a private school schedule, so holidays and summer are time off! Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Occasional catering events

Requirements

Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities

Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.
Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
