About The Position

The Cook Lead at ZTV-ECI is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a culinary role.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within a kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff in daily operations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to high standards and meets safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with catering managers to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
