About The Position
The Cooks/Kitchen Helper Position is responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areas
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic personality.
- Working Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment.
- Food Handler Card
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the serving and preparation of food
- Maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areas
- Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperatures
- Knowledge of all safety guidelines in kitchen
- Cleans and checks service equipment
- Able to identify and safely use all kitchen equipment.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities
- Assists in moving and storing supplies
