This position will be responsible for daily preparation of food products and cook items to-order as per company specifications. This individual will be instrumental in new menu creation / rollout, costing of menu items, and food costs, and oversight of culinary production. The Cook 4 is a skilled culinary person who works with limited supervision. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistently great food is prepared correctly, presented appropriately and served quickly in order to enhance the vacation experience of our guests and owners.
