The role also involves preparing for rush periods of work without falling behind and performing related duties as requested or required.

Requirements

  • Open/Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Six months experience as a cook's helper preferred.
  • Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.
