This position is responsible for promoting and providing excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. The role involves preparing high quality, fresh hot and cold food items using standardized recipes and methods for preparation. The individual must maintain the ability and willingness to prepare all or nearly all food items sold by the enterprise according to recipe, and easily adapt to changes in menu preparation and production methods. Responsibilities also include replenishing prep line food items as necessary to ensure proper presentation and availability for guests, practicing proper personal sanitary procedures, and performing other special projects and duties as assigned.
