Carter Caves State Resort Park is seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our kitchen team as a Cook II. This full-time position plays a vital role in our food service operation, helping to prepare and deliver quality meals to our guests in a beautiful park setting. As a Cook II, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating daily cooking and kitchen sanitation duties. You will assist with buffet and banquet cooking, baking, specialty dishes, and therapeutic diets. This position may also include ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, calculating food costs, and ensuring all food preparation meets health and safety standards. You may be required to open and close kitchen operations and support our Food Service Operations Managers and Chefs with additional tasks as needed.
