  • Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or as specified by supervisor.
  • Check and control the proper storage of all products and maintain quality.
  • Monitor and keep all refrigeration, storage, and equipment in clean, working condition.
  • Visually inspect and select only the freshest ingredients for menu items.
  • Clean and maintain a neat work station and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Minimum of three to six months previous cooking experience in a high volume kitchen.
  • Minimum of three to six months previous experience in a food and beverage kitchen.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Ability to operate all kitchen equipment safely.
  • Sufficient dexterity to utilize cutlery safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify food products and know proper storage areas.
  • Working knowledge of County and State standards for food service sanitation.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain proper inventories and utilize standard recipes.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers.
