This position is responsible for preparation of food for services at Western Maryland Hospital Center and State Satellite Facility plus Day Programs when necessary. The main purpose of the job is to prepare attractive, good tasting food by a variety of methods for both regular and modified diets of hospitalized residents/patients. This position also cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and dinnerware following meal service.
