Requirements

Proven experience as a line cook or equivalent culinary role. 2+ years is preferred
Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior staff.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

Execute food preparation and cooking with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Ability to efficiently cook ticket orders in a high paced kitchen environment with precision and attention to detail.
Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
Willingness to learn and work in different kitchen stations, including grill, fry and sauté.
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
Keeps workstation, coolers and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations
May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization.
