You will prepare food, adhere to quality standards, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or equivalent culinary role. 2+ years is preferred
  • Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute food preparation and cooking with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to efficiently cook ticket orders in a high paced kitchen environment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods.
  • Willingness to learn and work in different kitchen stations, including grill, fry and sauté.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
  • Ensures proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly.
  • Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
  • Keeps workstation, coolers and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
  • Follows and upholds all health codes and sanitation regulations
  • May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization.
