As a member of the culinary team, this position of Culinary Cook II is an entry level culinary position. The position of Cook II has the responsibility of assisting with preparing all dishes according to the menu and recipe specifications. Individuals will be expected to follow standardized recipes and to assist with all production. We offer positions within our Banquets and Restaurant areas which cover the duration of breakfast, lunch, and or dinner service. Individual will work to assist the Chef as necessary in planning and execution of meal service while following the overall direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and production.
