Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE to work either Mornings or Afternoons.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing their own station in Banquets, Grill, Pantry, and Sautee stations for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients
