Boomtown is looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our Steakhouse team! In this role, you’ll prepare and present high-quality dishes while ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste, consistency, and presentation. You’ll play a key part in kitchen operations, including food prep, station setup, and maintaining quality control. Success in this role means working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume kitchen 1 year
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a beverage card
- Must have at least one year of cooking and prepping experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to established standards
- Ensure proper setup and organization of your station
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
