About The Position
This position is responsible for the preparation of soups, sandwiches, entrees of a medium complexity. The role involves preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, cutting and dicing meats and vegetables, reading food order tickets in English, preparing entrees, cooking sauces, and deep frying foods. The position requires following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the F&B Department, restocking items as needed throughout the shift, and assisting with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Other job-related duties may be assigned as needed.
