About The Position

As a Line Cook at Gravity Haus you're responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and efficiency, ensuring every plate meets our culinary and presentation standards. This hands-on role is an essential part of the kitchen team, contributing directly to smooth service execution and creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional cooking experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items during service, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  • Support cross-training efforts and collaborate with other team members.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
