JOB SUMMARY: Prepares food and serves customers at hot station in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and company/client standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided. Distinguishing Characteristics: Responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking a variety of foods, monitoring the temperature to ensure food is cooked safely, plate food in an attractive manner, and throughout and after shift maintain cleanliness. Cleanliness is of utmost importance in the kitchen, and all cooks are responsible for making sure customers stay healthy.
