The Cook I at TPC Scottsdale performs basic methods of food preparation, portion control, sanitation, and routine maintenance of equipment in accordance with standards. This role is part of the TPC Network, which operates Arizona's only PGA TOUR property, TPC Scottsdale, known for its two championship courses. The position requires maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and storage areas, as well as adhering to established guidelines and procedures for food service. The Cook I will also be responsible for timing food production to meet specific ticket times for lunch and dinner.
