UNH Dining- Stillings Hall is seeking individual to join our dynamic and diverse team in the Main Kitchen as a Prep Cook. Works under the direction of a Sous Chef or Executive Chef preparing menu items following standardized batch recipes for dining room service. Adheres to all cleaning and safety standards and systems.
