About The Position

Join our team for the upcoming winter season! Positions will begin in November 2025. The Cook I - Prep Cook supports the culinary team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring kitchen readiness for service. This role provides the foundation for developing cooking skills and gaining exposure to a professional kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year previous kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of food handling.
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, coolers, and storage areas.
  • Label, date, and properly store food items to maintain freshness and safety.
  • Assist cooks and chefs during service by providing prepped ingredients and basic tasks.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
