Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year experience.
• Valid food handler's permit.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas.
• Assist with the stocking of food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines.
• May be responsible for serving meals.
• Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies.
• Transfer food ingredients and make available for meal preparation.
• Clean food service area, tables, and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.
• Assist in the preparation of foods; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, breads, and desserts as instructed.
• Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion.
• Keep refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
• Promote and support positive customer service.
