The Cook's Helper is responsible for assisting the cooks in preparing recipes and food items in accordance with the Executive Chef's requirements. This role involves preparing, sautéing, broiling, frying, baking, and grilling food items based on kitchen needs. The Cook's Helper will also assist with preparation work such as cutting, slicing, and dicing. Additional duties include operating kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, broilers, ovens, and French tops, ensuring ingredient supply levels are accurate, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. The position requires understanding and adhering to safety and health codes and regulations.
