Requirements

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for culinary presentation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and menu items.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Operate grill and cooking stations, maintaining high levels of safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to manage food orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work station and help with kitchen clean-up at the end of each shift.
• Follow all food safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests or front-of-house staff.
