Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years food service experience in health or institutional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality food service to clients, staff, and visitors at the Oaklawn - Goshen location.
  • Prepare meals based on menu requirements and/or clients' specific needs according to standard recipes.
  • Cook and serve breakfast and lunch daily; cater meals as requested.
  • Fill food service requisitions for events during scheduled hours.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meal service periods.
  • May direct or delegate to other food service employees, in absence of supervisor, to help ensure meals are served in a timely fashion.
