The individual is expected to provide consistent, timely, and accurate information, and to find answers when unsure. The role requires the use of outlined service behaviors when encountering guests and meeting expected service delivery times as defined by the department's service standards. The individual must be a team player, cooperating with employees within the department as well as other departments, and speaking positively about the company, co-workers, and guests. Responsibilities include fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the service persons, ensuring each order sent out is uniform, and controlling food production, which includes proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, and ensuring sanitation, handling, and storage of prepared foods and leftovers. The individual must also prepare for rush periods of work without getting behind.
