Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen environment/on-the-job training by a Sous Chef /1-2 years in an approved Culinary Arts School preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Station setup and execution of a la carte lunch and dinner service for residents and their guests.
  • Responsible for shift breakdown and cleanup of Kitchen and equipment.
  • Performs prep according to the Daily Prep Sheet and Executive Chef and Sous Chef request for daily service.
  • Responsible for cleaning and preparation of kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
  • Other duties as assigned.
