Under the general supervision of the chef, prepares and cooks food for patients, staff and visitors. Responsible for maintaining production and related areas in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with all local, state and federal regulating agencies. Requirements

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority Within 30 days of hire
  • 1 year experience in quantity food preparation.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework/Training: Graduation from an armed forces service cooks and bakers program or a community college quantity food production course.
  • Food service experience in a hospital or restaurant setting.
