The Cook/Baker is a crucial role within Franciscan, responsible for preparing high-quality foods for patients, staff, special events, and visitors. Follow production sheets to ensure correct quantities are made and available to all service areas. Follow sanitation guidelines of federal, state, and HFAP regulatory agencies

Requirements

  • Food Handler Certification - ServSafe Required in Illinois

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years Institutional Cooking
  • 1 year Food Service and/or Cooking
  • Food Handler Certification - ServSafe Preferred in Indiana
