Job Summary: The Cook prepares high-quality food according to Lee’s Famous Recipe standards, ensuring consistency, safety, and speed in a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards. Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor inventory and communicate shortages to management. Help the manger on duty monitor product levels in the warmer. Work collaboratively with team members to meet service times. Effectively communicate with managers regarding product calling. Qualifications: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to complete required digital training on the LMS. Previous cooking experience preferred but not required.
