• Performs assigned cleaning tasks according to established policies.
• Labels, dates, and stores food properly according to established policies.
• Ensures refrigerator/freezer temperatures are within appropriate range and reports discrepancies.
• Washes pots, pans, and serving utensils according to established procedures.
• Reports problems with water temperature and sanitizer to the supervisor.
• Stores pots, pans, and serving utensils to prevent contamination.
• Ensures food storage areas are kept clean and properly arranged.
• Ensures an adequate supply of food and supplies is available at all times.
• Reports inadequate stock levels to the supervisor in a timely manner.
