Be part of our talented culinary team as Cook 4 at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas offers a newly renovated property featuring 531 luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef (Angelo Sosa) food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property is a destination favorite, positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination.

Requirements

  • Good Communication skills required
  • At least 4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Able to work most stations of the kitchen
  • Riverside County Food Handler's License

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing food production
  • Ensuring consistency and quality
  • Managing staffing levels
  • Providing training within the department
  • Delivering high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations
  • Providing leadership and guidance in the absence of the hourly Sous Chef
