About The Position

Are you a strong line leader who thrives during service? The Cook 3 plays a critical leadership role in ensuring food quality, station readiness, and smooth execution across the entire kitchen. This position serves as the bridge between the line and culinary leadership.

Requirements

  • Mastery of all line stations and techniques
  • Strong understanding of seasoning, flavor balance, and plating
  • Knowledge of yields, costing, and portion control
  • Ability to lead calmly under pressure
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate service across the entire line
  • Work all stations, as assigned
  • Expedite orders in the absence of the Sous Chef or Chef
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities
  • Create prep lists and ensure full station readiness
  • Mentor Cook 1s and Cook 2s with constructive feedback
  • Maintain quality, timing, and plating standards
