About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Cook 3s to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin As a Cook 3, you will showcase your skills and be a visible leader in the kitchen. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
At least 3 years of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner including cooking proteins to required temperature (fish, steaks, burgers, etc.)
Properly measures and portions all food items to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
Utilizes kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as: knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
Completes end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties in accordance with company checklists and procedures
Performs opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
Keeps workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
