About The Position

The position involves maintaining the sanitation of the station, preparing and cooking food, soups, and sauces, as well as preparing some breakfast meals. The role also includes cooking seafood and poultry entrees, broiling steaks and seafood to quality standards, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate Culinary Degree or Certificate in Culinary Arts from technical school.
  • At least 4 years of restaurant cooking experience including some broiler work (formal culinary training will substitute for 2 years work experience on an equal time basis).
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to transport weights up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to read food orders and production charts.
  • Ability to meet standards listed below.
