About The Position

The Cook 3 position at Royal Palms Resort and Spa requires the ability to work 3 pm - 11 pm shifts, with times varying based on business needs. This role is for an intermediate line cook who possesses good communication and culinary skills. Candidates should have hotel cooking experience or previous intermediate cook experience, along with a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The Cook 3 will work single stations in the kitchen and will require significant supervision and training.

Requirements

  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills.
  • Ability to work single station in the kitchen.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Work 3 pm - 11 pm shifts with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
