This is a fast-paced position requiring the ability to multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and also take direction in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant required, Michelin experience preferred
Culinary degree or related hotel experience
Ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to work most stations in the kitchen
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays
