Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent and one year related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure meeting production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• A strong commitment to providing an incredible culinary experience for our guests is required.
• Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each guest and cast member.
• Preparing meats, vegetables, soups, sauces and other food items as indicated by production sheets.
• Reporting to Sous Chef at start of shift to receive instructions as daily specials or menu changes.
• Reporting spoilage and item discrepancies to supervisor immediately.
• Assisting in other areas of kitchen as directed by Sous Chef.
• Maintaining clean and sanitary work area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
